This is my story
Hello, my names Jade. I live in essex and im 23. i have always been overweight since i left school, i turn to food for comfort. last year i joined a gym and kept my weight down and was in a size 12 but when i stopped going ive crept back up to over 11 stone and size 14. I recently have built up a gym at home so am hoping to get back on track. I find talking to people on here really helps as there all so friendly and in similar positions.
