This is my story
After a nightmare year 5 years ago, I found myself with a skin condition, overweight and basically dragging myself along the bottom of life instead of living on the crest of it. After finding myself a wonderful therapist, I resigned from my job, I emigrated with my family and I retrained as a Holistic Nutritionist having identified what it did for me. I now work with all kinds of people, with all kinds of problems, but I work to restore balance within people looking at the mental, physical and emotional aspects of each person. Weight problems are very common amoungst the people I see, but the main problem is people loose weight and then it gradually creeps back on mainly because they have not dealt with the other areas of their make up, the mental and the spiritual. It is vital that people build their confidence and their self esteem at the same time, because once you are back in balance you can take on any challenge that life brings to you, and you are so much better equiped. It is vital that people get to know WHO they are not WHAT they are. Once you have that you have yourself, and nothing is better than that.
