This is my story
I'm a 53 year old wife and mother of 2 boys aged 21 and 18 both living at home. I am vastly overweight and this doesn't bother me perhaps as much as it should. My health is severely at risk and that should probably bother me more than it does and I can only buy clothes from one high street store which is inconvenient. I have never been very slim, though I was 9 stone when I was 18. I'm not a yo yo dieter. I've just let the pounds pile on year after year. This is when things have got to change. I would love to be more active and though I am highly intelligent I feel thay people perceive me as being stupid and incompetent because of my size.
