This is my story
I have been on many diets in my life and lost weight, but every time I stopped the diet I put back on all the weight I had lost and much more. My birthday is just coming up and I will bw 59. My husband died in February 2006, I lost my only daughter who was 36 in a car accident in October 2007. I am now the carer for my 9 year old grand daughter and I feel now is the time to try and lose some weight to try and keep up with her. Of course I now I may be a bit depressed because of the situation, but I need to focus on something.
