This is my story
I'm 38 years old and have been on a diet since ever I can remember. Last year I lost over 7stone using lighter life but have gained 4stone back. Now I feel very disappointed and annoyed with myself but am ready to get back up, brush myself off and start all over again. Would benefit enormously with lots of help.
