This is my story
hey, im 21 and at uni! i 1st went to sheffeild uni for a year wen i was 18 - moved away from home - had a bad time and basically became v.depressed and ate and drank too much!! then i moved bk home 2 attend a local uni but the depression carried on and i stil ate too much!! atm my life is back on track but i am v.overweight and as soon as i get stressd i go 2 the fridge! - not good!!! i want to be able to feel good within my self and i really want to lose weight and gain more self confidence!!! i lost 3stone when i was 15 so im hoping i can do it again!!!
