This is my story
I'm a bubbly person and i always try to look on the bright side of life.
I've always been over weight, I was an over weight child and now i'm an over adult. Every year I add a few stone to the ones i'm already carrying around. 3 years ago I lost over 6 stone, but i'm sorry to say i've since put it all back on with interest - it always seems to come back on faster than it look to lose!
I'm here because i think its time I started taking care of myself, its seems like all year i've been promising myself i will start eating better and tackling my weight and altho this year is nearly over, i figure its better late than never :)
