This is my story
Nothing special, just want to lose a few pounds that i have carried since i went to uni (healthy student lifestyle!). Nothing too drastic as i am not overweight. Started taking Lipobind a few days ago to see if i can remove a few stubborn pounds before a holiday i am due to go on (first one in 5 years!!). Combining them with a healthy diet and moderate excercise. Would like to know if anyone else has had good/bad experiences with it if they have used it?
