This is my story
I'm 55 and al of a sudden bigger than I've ever been in my life.I've yo yo dieted since I was about 19 and done them all, weightwatchers, weightcare,atkins,sacrsdale,cabbage soup,cambridge,lighterlife,harley street to name just a few.You name it I've done it, no problem. Got the weight off but just can't keep it off longterm. I am scheduled for a gastric band on October 2nd with the Hospital Group in Bromsgrove and am really ready to make this work.My husband doesn't like it or approve but he is supporting me all the way as he always has through all the many years of diets that have gone before.I'm looking forward to being in touch with other people who have been through the same thing and can share their experiences and give me help and advice and I hope I will be able to do the same in the future.
