This is my story
I am a 41 year old mum of 2 young girls, I have been struggling with my weight all my adult life. I have tried every diet under the sun, and hypnosis, Tony Robbins - everything. I am convinced my problem is an addiction and it's my mind I have to sort out first and then my body will follow - but I just can't seem to fix my mind!
