This is my story
I have been overweight most of my life,i have developed underactive thyroid,sleep apnea,chronic lung problems,asthma which was severely affecting my health. I could not control my eating on top of this,you have probably heard this before but i tried every diet known to man, every diet pill from the doctor's so basically here i am. I had a gastric band fitted seven weeks ago so i am still in the early stages. I seem to be doing ok, i will be having my band tightened next week so i am really looking forward to this
