This is my story
I was married at age 20 and had 2 daughters. My husband died when he was 28 in 1986. I was also 28 and spent the next 13 years bringing up my childeren and not going out to work. During this time I met the man I was eventually to marry. We had a long courtship and 3 year engagement and eventually married 3 years ago. I did an administration course and got a job in the civil service in 1999. I had looked forward to this new stage in my life and hoped I would become skilled at my job but sadly the civil service has not given me what I had hoped. I only stay now as the holidays are good and for the flexi time as this gives me the ability to do the other things that are inportant in my life.
My daughters are now 24 and 26 and I have a beautiful little grand daughter of 11 months.
I have suffered bouts of depression and am fed up with beeing out of control. I need help in getting some control back in my life.
I have always had weight issues but since I turned 40 the pounds have been creeping on. I am fed up with being depressed and going round in circles. I am hopeing this website will help me lose weight for my daughters wedding next june. I dont want to look at the photos and hate myself.
