This is my story
Usual story, always taken in fractionally more that put out! Gradual increase and them couple of life and work changes meant I was less active and the weight piled on, suddenly you wonder who this great fat lump is!!!!! Bit of yo yo dieting , best effort 4 stone but once off the wagon........ now trying to get a grip.... don't want to spend another year feeling like I have the last!!!!
