This is my story
I have yo-yo dieted all my adult life,I love drinking and that puts on the pounds and am partial to roast dinners and anything with a high sugar content . Am crap at sport but dont mind the gym too much .
So I am currently trying to 'shape up' by just excersising, but still eating what I like because thats what the doctor suggested , he described me as ' pleasantly fluffy !!'
Think there must be something lost in the transalation dont you?
