This is my story
I am an overweight stress eater who has had too much stress in her life but I am not going to bore anyone anymore as I have decided to try to be more positive with my life.
I have osteoarthritis in an ankle and a knee (on the list to have it replaced already had the other done). Also got fibromyalgia so most of me hurts but the painkillers I have recently been put on are helping a lot more than the others did. Only mentioning these things in case anyone needs to talk and they would prefer someone who has similiar problems.
I am lucky to be alive and am trying to make the most of it so we will have to see how the diet goes.
