This is my story
Where do I start? I am 31 years old and have 3 children, 7, 5 and 5 months. I'm very much a yo-yo dieter, but this time I am determined to get the weight off. I have joined a local slimming club, which I have done over the years and have got to my goal weight - but then after each time of losing all the weight, I got pregnant! Musn't make that mistake again - haven't got any more room! Not bad for someone who was told that I would never get pregnant unless I went through IVF! I have suffered from Polycystic Ovaries. So, I am proof that being overweight does effect your potential of getting pregnant.
I have joined Weight Watchers, just over 6 weeks ago now and have already lost a stone, so well on my way now.
