This is my story
My names fairy and iv always been curvy, I was never a stick at school and i never cared about my weight. I got with my partner 7 years ago and the weight crept on over the course of the relationship. I lost nearly a stone and half with slimming world but i then lost motivation and it all went back on bar a half stone!!. Im a Prison Officer and i find it so hard to get motivated and eat properly when im working 12-14 hour long shifts. I do go to the gym but its sometimes a struggle to get outta bed and go when iv just done 4/5 days on the trot!! My first goal is not to lose weight but to get the motivation back!!. (i know i sound like a whinge i just need a kick up the arse and someone to be there when i pick the biscuits up!!!) |
