This is my story
I have been a very bad binge eater for every reason going for years. At my heaviest, I was 19st 4lbs and I'm now 17st 10lbs and on my way up! Basically, I can't bear the thought of yo-yoing and constantly battling until I'm old and grey! My life is like a rollercoaster of ups and downs depending on what I weigh and what I've eaten and I have an absolutely TERRIBLE relationship with food! I know the band is not a quick fix and that's not why I want it done - I need a long term solution, for life.
I've now reached my target weight of 12st 2lbs and I am happy with myself for the first time in a long time. It's been a relatively easy and fairly short journey so far. I just hope that I can keep the weight off now - the reason I went for the band in the first place!
