This is my story
Ihave 2 kids, aged 3 and 6 months. competed in the 1998 commonwealth games as a gymnast, gave it up aged 15, and put on weight continously until now. my knees are constantly sore, due to a combination of years of gymnastics and being overweight. my oldest child starts school soon, and i dont wat to be the fat mum in the playground. i also had gestational diabetes during my last pregnancy, and coupled with my weight, im a prime candidate for developing type 2 diabetes in later life. and above everything else, i hate how i look, how clothes sit on me and how i cant shop in young trendy shops, cos they DONT HAVE MY SIZE!!!
