This is my story
I am a bbw who has always been big i went from being 30 stone at one point to 21 then back to 23, i am currently receiving treatment for gastris which is a stomach disease
Im currently going to slimming world and having problems been there 2 weeks lost 2lbs so far but its christmas and i feel like im gonna put loads back on
help !!
I dont want to do more surgery as i have been through so much in the last 5 years and have to undergo it again in a couple of months
Have now reached my own personal target of 4 stone since april 2006 which is when i was diagnosed with gastris and i done it !!!!!!!!! i actually done it
I have a new personal target of 10lbs by 17th feb which is my hubbys birthday cause he also started slimming world with me yesterday and has put on a stone and a half in the 5 months he has been off work with a bad back so wants to loose more weight he wants to be half a stone by his birthday so heres hoping we are going for a walk tonight so will see where that takes us !! might take the woofers with us which breaks up the monotony for us both although the dogs might wonder what hit them as one is 16 and we dont think he will make the walk to my work from home which is just over a mile
