This is my story
35 years old and so many years of yo-yo dieting to my name !!
I've hit rock bottom and I'm on my way back up. I've got to do it. Life isn't waiting for me and I feel that I need to catch it up and jump back on the merry go round.
Came across this site whilst looking for recipes and thought I'd register and see what happens !!
