This is my story
I was always been a chubby child, my parents put me on a diet when I was about 10 and I have been on every diet in the book since the age of about 17. For several years I used to diet all week and eat normally at weekends so my weight would fluctuate constantly, but I managed to stay at a size 10/12. When I was married at the age of 28, I was 11 1/2 stones, about a size 14. as the years have gone by the diets have become more drastic, with me resourting to anything and everythning I can lay my hands on to help me diet. My husband does not like me being a size 20 and wieghing in at 15 - 15 1/2 stones but lives with it as I do. Niether of us are happy with my lack of confidence and esteme.and reluctance to buy nice cloths and go out. A few months ago I decided to have a band fitted and am all set to go in on 15th May for the op. I have come to the concusion that without it I will have to watch everything I eat for ever and never be happy anyway. With
the band fitted I should at least have something on my side to help through the tough times when we all know dieting can get differcult. I am currently 42 years old. and a very bad speller...
