This is my story
hi, i'm just me, i went through depression for a long while and ate my feelings. finally i was diagnosed with depression and was prescribed happy pills, they made me want to sleep, after 8 months i decided to come off them and do something for me. and i turned to healthy eating and exercise to shift my weight. i have alot to lose still but i feel great as i'm very active now.
