This is my story
I have always been on the large size, even at school. Though I have always been quite fit, when younger, I had to help with the family business, delivering milk to doorsteps before going to school. My jobs, when I left school were sitting down, office dutes, typing etc. Then my twins where born in 1971 and then I lost weight down to size 14. In 1976 my third daughter was born, by this time I was a size 16, Then in February 1978 I had a hysterectomy, but still had my overies, then the weight did pile on. I went to slimmers world, lost 4 stone, my weight was 12 stone and I was very happy. But, the weight came back. In January 2004 I had another operation to remove my overies. The tablets I am on, inform me that weight and water retention can be a problem. So please could you help me, to loose this extra weight.
