This is my story
ever since the beginning of high school when i was eleven i started to gain weight, over the five years i went from 9stone to 15 and a half stone. after i left school i went to college and during my last year which was this january 2006 i decided to lose weight and during these last 12 months iv lost just over 4 and a half stone which has brought me down to 11 stone. i have been at a stand still for around 2months now and am in need of new ideas to help shift a few more pounds!
