This is my story
Hi im 25 and have always been over weight. Im having the gastric band fitted hopefully in January through the hospital group, private health care. I have one son who is 2 in Feb '07. He has a disability called Erb's palsey, which is temporary or permanant paralisation to the arm hand and shoulder. He was damaged at birth which caused this and the other arm broken. 2 months before this my nan died of cancer at the age of 63. I have been suffering with depression and I between my depression and pregnancy I have kept Cadburys in business. Now I'm taking my life back in hand im doing a beauty course at the moment. I'm gonna loose my weight and concentrate on being a fantastic mum and to fulfil my altermate passion and go to acting school and try my damned hardest to become a successful commercial actress. Weight has always been such a big thing in my life and i dont want it to be any longer, there's so many more important things to worry about!! I lack confidance due to my weight but I am a warm, nice, loving, caring person with alot to give, that's why its so important to get my weight off and under control to show my true colours. xx

Had band done on 9th feb 2007 with surgi care!! going ok lost 7lb in first week post op, though it wasn't filled during surgery so first fill is in 5 weeks, wish me luck and any advice please xx
