This is my story
I hate myself, have no confidence, can't even go out the door sometimes because of my weight....I am cross with myself for letting myself get so big, I am only 5ft and 8 years ago I was a size 8, 71/2 stone babe, I felt really good.... I started having the depo proverra injection and the weight piled on, 6 stone in 6 years, now I'm a fat size 18 ten tonne tessa...I have joined a Rosemary Conley club which has worked, I'd lost 1 1/2 st in 10 weeks, but I've fallen off the wagon so to speak, having a downer, I never used to be a comfort eater but I can't stop myself now,, and drinking too much too!!Last week I had put on 1 1/2 lbs and know i will put on again at next weigh in....why do i do this too my self aggghh!!
Gee don't I sound like a fun person to know lol!!
Anyway I really hope I can get some support from here, and support others too, so we all can be thin and happy with ourselves! x
