This is my story
Hello! I'm 21 and i've always struggled with my weight but somehow I slipped into this rather uncomfortable fat person and it not a fun place to be. So i've started Lighterlife in the attempt to find myself under all these rolls (i am under here I'm sure of it!). I guess I blame my student lifestyle for putting on weight; what with the chocolate between lectures (i need the energy to keep myself awake!) and the slightly excessive drinking on student nights in town followed by the greasy pizza at the end of a night and an equally greasy sausage sandwich in the morning (its my hangover cure you see!). So there it is, thats me! and through out my diet I shall be keeping an online blog documenting my triumphs and struggles (of which I hope i'll have more of the former!!!).
