This is my story
my name is patsy i'm 43 years old, i'm a qualified nurse living in hackney london. i have one daughter who is 26 years old. i wore a size sixteen after having my daughter and i have never been smaller i now wear a size 22-24. since giving up smoking i put on approx. 2 stone and since my father died of an mi last year i have put on another 2 stone. i am at my heaviest and i am desperate to lose weight as i can feel the impact on my health.
there was a day when i was reading my daughters profile on her website, one of the question asked her what is your greatest fear and she answered LOSING MY MUM. that was enough to shake me into realizing that i have to do something about my weight.
