This is my story
After suffering from PCOS since my late teens I've struggled with my weight. This year I finally found an understanding doctor and have taken on a personal trainer and with very drastic dieting I've shed 2 stone, but still have over 2 stone to go.... My PCOS means that 'normal' dieting wasn't working for me - even 'sensible' eating made me put on weight. When I'm not dieting I eat well, love food, cook heathy fish and veg food most of the time - I do have a love of wine, which doens't help - but makes me feel better!
By sticking to low fat protien (fish, eggs, cottage cheese) and veg (but no potatoes or high statch veg) and only about 600 cals a day I can loose weight - but I can't do this easily when I'm working.... but I'm trying for another 1 month stint before Xmas - HELP!!
