This is my story
I am a 26 year old mum of 1 and wife. I have never been small however the largest portion of my weight gain began when i started working in a call centre 6 years ago since then i have put on 3-4 stone. I am not taking calls any more however rarely find the time to get out of my seat. The sandwich lady does fantastic sausage rolls and her chocolate cake is to die for! I eat too much junk and don't have time (or inclination!) to excercise. My weight is making me miserable but my will power is weaker than you would believe. Even sitting here as depressed as i am, i am thinking about haveing chinese for tea!
I also like a good drink which doesn't help!
