This is my story

Im Rachel and I have been overweight on and off more on for over 20 years. this year i decided I had had enough and on the 28th September I had a gastric band fitted. I cant realy say yet if or how well it will work but the pre op diet and post op 2 weeks i have lost 21lbs.
Im now reintroducing food into my life and hopefully the 'fill' in my band will be done in 4 weeks.
fingers are crossed and i started working in the gym again today. so fingers crossed, I have 6 months until i turn 40 and i want to be slim by then. 62 lbs in 26 weeks you never know
