This is my story
My name is Etam and i am 48 and i dont want to be fat at 50! I want to be fab at 50!
I'm married. I have three kids, son 20! daughter 21 the day after! and a son who will be 18 on Christmas eve.I have been married for 23years and we live in Wellingborough Northamptonshire. I Love my food as i was trained as a chef. But only cook for family and friends now.I have 3 cavalier dogs, and a tortoise.
My heavyest has been 14st 4lbs size 18 and at present i'm 12 stone size 14.
I'm on the lighterlife programme and love the fact that i dont need to worry about what food to eat today and i'm graranteed to lose a 1st a month!! what diet ever did that. Cant wait til Christmas thought i would have a fab party a shock everyone! cant wait to show off my new figure.Hoping to be the size i was when i got married 23yrs ago!
Lol cant believe it! It's a year since i lost the weight and i'm now 12st 5lbs AGAIN! Got down to 9st 10lb and was on top of the world. Had the party and totally shocked everyone. But here i am today at home locked up because i'm to afraid to let everyone see i've put all the weight back on. Plus i have no clothes that fit. I gave them all away thinking i wouldn't put it all back on. So learn something from that . Keep your clothes for a least a year before giving them all away!!!
I'm now on The Fat Smash Diet. Before you all start it's healthy eating and you dont drop weight fast! So wish me luck cause i'm fifty September and its my 25th Wedding Anniversary!
