This is my story
Hi Everybody,
I am 64 and obese! I was heavier but lost a few stones (28pounds) but then didn't bother. Then I met Mike, who I married last July 2006. He needs to lose a little weight and we have agreed to try together... so we don't buy ice cream which was our failing and now we are watching our fat intake and in two weeks we have both lost weight. I have actually lost 11 pounds since our honeymoon, yes I put some on then, but isn't that allowed on your honey moon!!!
Hope to chat and get encouragement on this site.... by the way I have your fitness video Anne which I used to use regularly, so I should dig it out again I guess!
