This is my story
I am 31, a single mum of a 9year old daughter. I have been divorced just over a year. I work as a District nurse. I have had a weight problem for a number of years, i first gained the weight when i was pregnant and since then my weight has gone up and down. Being a nurse i am fully aware of the risks to my own health and i am really keen to get slim and fit again....but i have been struggling to stay motivated. The break up of my marriage has not helped of course but i want to put that all behind me and have a fresh start, healthy and happy.
