This is my story
I am a 54 year old housewife, I used to be a nurse but due to a back injury and a unsuccessful spinal fusion have not been able to work for the last 16years. I have two dogs which I manage to walk an hour daily before the back pain gets too bad. I have dieted on and off since my teens, I managed to get down to 9st 10lbs 10 years ago with weight watchers but the weight has just crept on since. Due to my injury I cannot do much exercise, but I now have a hip problem which I hope will will get better if I manage to loose weight. I have never been this fat in my life before and feel very ashamed of myself. I feel that I cannot face going to another slimming club so have decided the internet maybe right for me.
