This is my story
I started dieting at 18 (1965) when I first joined weight watchers and have been yo yoing ever since. I have been to most slimming clubs and at the moment we are running a Fat Fighters club in the office but although I eat healthily I am putting on weight again. I have been embarrased and miserable about my weight ever since I can remember and only feel good when I lose it. I find it hard to exercise as I have arthritis in my knees and although I should go swimming our local baths is not fantastic. Would join a gym with pool and personal trainer if I could afford it.
