This is my story
Hi there I am 43 ( but feel 30), and have always loved my food.
I have never had serious weight problems, however am creeping in to the next dress size and want to lose the weight just to feel good.
I have started weight watchers and so far, so good. I am taking each week as it comes and am determined to get to my target weight.Whatever that is....I will know it when I get there !!
I have a hubby and two fabulous kids and feel very thankful for what I have.
Its now about me taking control of myself and doing this for ME.
