This is my story
My name is Rachel, i am 31 years old, and have just undergone a gastric banding operation, i have been overweight all of my life and finally after trying everything else i could think of, i decided to opt for surgery.
It took alot of guts for me to go for it as i'm such a big baby where pain is concerned, but i could not see a way out, and i was starting to make myself ill with my weight. The operation took place on the 17th August, and was fairly pain free, and i have now lost a total of 2 stone and 3 lbs, thats including the weight i lost on the pre op diet, which i started a week before my surgery. I would love to speak to anyone who wants to speak to me!!!
