This is my story
Coming from a 'big' family, I suppose I am pre-disposed to being large, but up until a few years ago was very active so managed to keep my weight under control. I then met my boyfriend, who bought me my first car. Well, after that, I didn't have any motivation to walk or ride my bike to wherever my destination was.
Around the same time as my boyfriend bought me my car, I also moved in with him from my parents house. Suddenly at the age of 19, I was responsible for cooking for both of us, buying the food etc. A new world opened up to me, I discovered that I loved cooking and often ended up cooking enough for four people, when there was only the two of us! Of course, being brought up never to waste anything - nothing was ever wasted!
This leads me to here - desperation. I am at my heaviest and really need to do something about it. I have spent my entire 20's being overweight and not being able to wear nice clothes like my friends. I feel older than I am, my bones creak and I get out of breath easily. I need help!
