My health has not been good since 1999, i have a mental illness (schizophreania) I had to change my medication in june of this year 2006, i am now on cloziral, which one of the side affects is weight gain, in three months i have gained 3 stone, just three weeks ago i decided to count calories and in three weeks i have lost 6 pounds, but i want to eat all the time, and crave for sugar, but have disiplined myself strictly, so i go without, unfortunatly thats the only way for me, i hope the cravings stop soon. I get weight watchers bonaffe which has only low fat and calories, so i suppose its my treat on shopping night.
