Midlands - 2 day motivational programme for weight loss surgery patients.

WLS Group is running a 2 day motivational programme for weight loss surgery patients. There will be motivational speakers, including patients and celebrities who are ‘living’ the journey to guide WLS patients through theirs.03-04-2008

The weekend programme has been designed exclusively for WLS Group and includes group sessions on:-
Physical activity – suited to your individual abilities
Behaviour modification – how to work with the surgery you have had
How to deal with the head hunger
How to make the most of your ‘ever changing’ figure
Hitting the wall - how to get over the plateau
Make-up and hair – simple tricks to be glamorous
Cosmetic surgery after weight loss surgery
Nutrition education - recipes for life after weight loss surgery

The activity weekend will be held at an outdoor fitness centre in the UK using a realistic approach that will allow WLS patients to continue progress at home.
