Mini Gosling is continuing the true tradition of Thai cuisine in a contemporary style, relevant to today's lifestyle. Mini's family, the Chutrakul's introduced Thai Cuisine to the UK in the late 1960's and she is continuing that fine foundation through her restaurant, the Busabong, in London's Chelsea. Mini has published 100 Great Thai Dishes with Cassell Illustrated and is currently authoring Dairy Free Eating for Kyle Cathie.
