Rosemary is a talented and versatile chef who loves talking about food as much as she loves cooking. 2005 saw her broadcast career span the Atlantic with her first series for US Broadcaster <strong>Discovery Home</strong> - &quot;<strong>Rosemary - Queen of the Kitchen</strong>&quot;, this is coupled with her series for Channel 4 - <strong>Mind Your manners</strong> and, of course, <strong>ITV1</strong>'s prime time reality show <strong>Ladette to Lady</strong>. Rosemary is currently filming <strong>Kitchen Showdown with Rosemary Shrager</strong> for UKTV Food. Rosemary's six part series, <strong>Rosemary - Castle Cook</strong> was broadcast on Channel 5 in January 2001 and led to a second series, Rosemary on the Road which was broadcast by Channel 5 in September 2002 to excellent reviews. Rosemary has worked on a number of television projects including an eight part contribution to the Carlton TV series Nosh broadcast in the summer of 2001. Her first cookery book, Rosemary - Castle Cook was published in 2001. Described by food writer Michael Raffael as &quot;an object lesson in handling the finest produce&quot; (Caterer and Hotelkeeper February 2001). </p><p>Rosemary is a natural extrovert and communicator whose professional career includes a period working for Pierre Koffman at the internationally famous Tante Claire restaurant in London and also a period working for Jean-Christophe Novelli. Both her preparation and her presentation are outstanding. Rosemary was Head Chef at Amhuinnsuidhe Castle from 1998 till 2002. She is now running her courses at Swinton Park, a castle hotel in the Yorkshire Dales. Both the kitchen and the dining room overlook the castle turret and parkland, and create the perfect balance of warmth and intimacy for Rosemary's courses, which require a great deal of concentration and hard work, but which are also enormous fun - <a href="http://www.swintonpark.com" target="_blank">www.swintonpark.com</a>. </p><p>When she is not at Swinton Park teaching, Rosemary spends her time developing new recipes, working on further television programs and providing her expertise to private clients. Her first love is teaching her skills to others in whatever format they choose. </p>
