Educated in the U.S. Mini has made the UK her home since 1989 when she opened <b>Busabong Too</b>, presently known as <b>The Busabong</b>, Langton Street which is now presently in Chelsea, London. In addition she established <b>the Oriental Brasserie</b> in Little Chester Street, Belgravia, London and <b>Tasty Thai-Express Meal</b> in Abbey Mills, Colliers Wood, London.

Since 1992 Mini has been one of the main key committee members in fund raising, for the <b>Mudita Trust</b>, and is presently responsible for organising restaurants to participate in <b>the Eastern Cultural Fete</b>. <b>The Mudita Trust (Prevention of Child Prostitution in Thailand)</b> is a registered Charity, founded by Mini's mother, Mudita Karnasuta. In 1993 Mini was selected as one of the main key members of the Working Group, set up by The Royal Thai Embassy, Queen's Gate, London to promote Thailand and its culture to the western world by using Thai food as the main link. Its main objectives are:

<li>To give education to underprivileged girls who might otherwise be lured or sold into child prostitution through ignorance.</li>
<li>To raise funds to support the Dharmajarinee School in the province of Rachaburi, south west of Bangkok. The school is strictly for girls aged from 8-16.</li>
<li>To used funds raised to support further training or education and assist in finding suitable future employment.</li>
</ul>

<p>The Mudita Trust is also responsible for organising 25-30 Thai Restaurants to participate at <b>The Amazing Thailand Festival</b>, a 3 day Festival during August Bank Holiday Weekend in Milford, Surrey. <b>The Amazing Thailand Festival</b> is considered to be the most popular and spectacular Thai Festival in the UK.
In 1993 Mini opened Busabong Tree in Cheyne Walk, Chelsea, London. In 1996 Mini was voted President of The Thai Restaurant Association (UK), founded by Mr. Vidhya Rayananonda, the former Ambassador to Thailand, under the umbrella of the Royal Thai Embassy, London. In 1998 Mini was one of the main organisers for the Buddhist Festival, which organised the Thai Community to support and participate at the Festival in order to raise funds for Chithurst Buddhist Monastery in Petersfield, West Sussex. Mini graduated from the American University, Washington DC with a BA degree in Public Relations.</p>
